Dancers will learn the basics of dance tumbling and how to perform moves safely. Skills such as forward rolls, cartwheels, walkovers will be taught based on ability and experience. The advanced class will build on fundamental acro skills. Expect to improve your dancer's strength, flexibility, and coordination.
